Presenting Author Checklist

To help you prepare, here is a step-by-step checklist for presenting authors at LM-SCM2026.

Before the Congress

● Complete your registration, and make sure your registration category (Regular / LODER Member / Student + Onsite / Online) matches your status.
● Prepare your presentation: allow 12–15 minutes for your talk, followed by Q&A (session chairs will confirm exact timing).
● Prepare your slides in 16:9 widescreen format. The language of the congress is English.
● If presenting online, test your internet connection, camera, and microphone in advance — a tech-check link will be shared before the congress.
● Check the final Program for your session date, time, and room or virtual link.
● If you are also serving as a session chair, review the Authors and Chairs Guidelines page.

On the Day

Onsite presenters: Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.
Online presenters: Join the virtual session at least 10 minutes early.
● Introduce yourself to your session chair before the session begins.
● Keep to your allotted time so fellow presenters and the Q&A are not shortened.

After the Congress

● If you wish to submit a full manuscript for the proceedings (optional), follow the deadline and template on the Call for Papers page.
● Certificates of presentation are issued to all presenting authors upon request.
